Luminus PAR38 Bulb

Unfortunately, these are actually 120mm wide (4 ⅝"), not 95mm (3.7") as shown. Will be sending them back.

I bought 6 of these bulbs to replace the 100 W PAR 30 incandescent porch lights. 3 lights are on one dimmer, 2 others have a dimmer each. The 2 light on their own dimmer will not work, the set of 3 work properly.Granted these dimmers were installed long before dim-able LED were on the market. Time to up grade the switches also.

A great value if you are replacing a lot of bulbs and they last a lot longer than incandescent bulbs at a lower operating cost

These dimmable Par 40 food lights work great so far. Can't comment on longevity as they have an advertised lifespan 22.8 years. They're lightweight and throw a very nice beam and most importantly, they're dimmable! They also come in 3 different shades of light and, they are equivalent to 120 watt light bulb only drawing 17 watts. We have 13-15 foot ceilings and the light is not lost at all with the 40 degree angle of projection. Compare this light at the big box stores and they're less than 1/2 the price for a comparable product.
