Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. Depending on the destination, product size, and package weight, orders may be shipped by UPS, GLS, Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post, or other available carriers.
Processing & Delivery
- Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
- Standard delivery: approximately 3–9 business days after processing.
- Express delivery: approximately 1–2 business days after processing within Canada.
- U.S. orders may take approximately 2–8 business days depending on the selected shipping method.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

U.S. Orders – Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For orders shipped to the United States, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by U.S. customs authorities, government agencies, or the shipping carrier.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid at checkout and may be collected separately upon or before delivery.
By placing an order for delivery to the United States, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges.
Store Pickup Only Items
Some products are available for store pickup only and cannot be shipped due to their size, weight, length, fragility, or carrier limitations.
Examples may include selected oversized fixtures, long LED tubes, large commercial lighting products, electrical wire, conduit, or other bulky items.
If a product is marked as Store Pickup Only, the item must be picked up from our Scarborough location.

- Remote areas may require additional shipping charges.
- We will contact you before processing your order if additional shipping fees apply.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or remote-area service limitations.
- For bulk orders or large commercial orders, please contact us for a shipping quote.
5-Year Warranty
Many LED lighting products sold by Can Lighting Inc. include a manufacturer warranty of up to 5 years. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product brand, model, and manufacturer policy.
Warranty Coverage
- Warranty applies to manufacturer defects under normal use.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, physical damage, water damage, power surge, or incorrect voltage connection.
- Labour, installation, removal, and re-installation costs are not covered unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
If you have a warranty issue, please contact us with your order number, product model, photos or videos showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
