Upgrade compatible dimmable lighting with convenient control from the wall, your phone or your voice assistant. The Votatec VO-DMRW150-120-WIFI Smart Dimmer connects directly to a 2.4GHz home WiFi network, so no separate smart-home hub is required.
Use the Smart Life App to turn the lights on or off, adjust brightness, create schedules and control your lighting remotely. The switch is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free voice control.
Important: This smart dimmer requires a neutral wire and a 2.4GHz WiFi network. It is designed for compatible dimmable LED, incandescent and halogen lighting only.

3-Way Installation
For a compatible 3-way circuit, the smart dimmer must be installed in the electrical box connected to the lighting load, while a compatible conventional 3-way switch is installed at the incoming line location. Follow the supplied wiring diagram carefully.
Before Ordering
- Confirm that a neutral wire is available inside the intended electrical box.
- Confirm that the light bulbs or fixtures are marked dimmable.
- This switch connects only to a 2.4GHz WiFi network; it does not connect directly to a 5GHz-only network.
- The connected lighting load must not exceed 150W for dimmable LED or 500W for incandescent/halogen lighting.
- Do not use this dimmer to control non-dimmable lights, receptacles, fans, motors or appliances.
- Smart features require a compatible mobile device, Smart Life account, WiFi connection and internet access.
- Voice control requires a separately purchased compatible Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant device.
Installation Notice
Turn off power at the circuit breaker and verify that the circuit is de-energized before installation. The wiring configuration must match the supplied installation manual. Installation must comply with applicable electrical codes and should be completed by a qualified electrician.
